There are given foundation design in the plan. Clearly soil features differs all over the world. Thus in case soil parameters are not meeting requirements given in the project it must be corrected, we will consult what to do just write us an e-mail. If soil parameters differs slightly from given it might be done as designed. 

Definately. The beauty of this plan is that you can join the creation. You can choose materials, colors, etc. Nevertheless the changes must meet requirements given in plan. It means that chosen material must be installed in such a manner that would not violate rules given in the plan, which would cause damage of load bearing structures.

 There are only one small house plan today. Nevertheless, new small buildings plans are under creation process and will appear soon.

Yes. The shape of building fit any place and can be build any where. The glass cover of walls and roof are designed originally. Nevertheless, finishing cover materials are free to choose. Thus, you may create part of design that fit your environment by your self and make building suitable for you. In case, you think it is not for you to choose proper cover, just use the foreseen one and it will look very nice in your place.
